Requests for refund must be submitted within 30 days after the order has been placed. The sales of all items are considered final and will not be eligible for a return and refund.


You will only be entitled to a return of an item in the following circumstances:-

  • Item is defective
  • Item does not comply with description/criteria
  • Wrong item was delivered to you

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging. Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase. Items purchased on sale or via promo codes are not accepted for return or exchange. Items that has undergone wear and tear are not accepted for return or exchange.

Refunds are only given if the item ordered is out of stock or payment is accidentally made twice. Once we have received your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. You will receive the credit within 14 working days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.


We deliver to all countries. Shipping cost varies according to the items you purchases. For your reference:

  • Purchases above MYR80: Free shipping within Malaysia
  • Purchases below MYR80: Shipping fee within Malaysia is between MYR8 to MYR14.
  • International shipment depends on the rate provided by the international courier service.

Orders within Malaysia will be shipped with J&T Express. Orders beyond Malaysia will be shipped with FedEx. We remain the rights to change the courier service without prior notice.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Fees which are due at the time of registration or application and are non-refundable should an attendee decide not to attend after registering. In the event when deposits are required, deposits will be applied toward the total cost of attendance. Attendees who subsequently withdraw or cancel their registrations will forfeit their deposits. In addition, once an attendee has registered, all fees are non-refundable except in the case of emergencies as approved. Any overpayment will be refunded approximately one week after registration. In the case of events cancellation due to the COVID-19 pandemic, all deposits, and payments will be refunded.
