A grant of RM5,000 will be awarded to cover the costs incurred in preparing winners' commitments for each category.

Category A (Solo)

Total duration of 2 pieces should be at least 10 mins, but not more than 15 mins.

Category B (Chamber)

Total duration of 2 pieces should be at least 15 mins, but not more than 20 mins.

  1. Members of an international panel will award the prize based on the quality of playing in the applicant’s video recording.
  2. All submitted material will become the property of the organizers.
  3. By submitting your personal information, you consent to the use of your personal data for the purpose of the prize.
  4. Your images in the form of video and photo may be taken and used for the publicity of the wind music prize.
  5. The final amount of funding is subject to the decision of the organizers.
  6. The organizers reserve the right to withdraw this amount at any time.
  7. The selected winner must complete all obligations (winner’s commitments) in connection with winning the prize, of which failure will result in the withdrawal of the funds.
  8. The panel’s decision is final. Requests to review the results will not be entertained.
